BEDGEAR Thanks You for Your Support

When Hurricane Harvey left thousands of families displaced, BEDGEAR pledged to support the recovery efforts for its victims. BEDGEAR is donating all online proceeds from this past Saturday to the Dirk Nowitzki Foundation, which will benefit families and children affected by the hurricane. Additionally, a donation of pillows and blankets went to the relief efforts of the Dallas Mavericks and our other retail partners in Houston.

We want to thank everyone for their purchases this weekend. In total, over $400K in product and monetary donations will be donated, and matched by Mark Cuban, in order to support home rebuilding! Additionally, we would like to thank PR Newswire for their support in communicating our efforts to aid the victims of Hurricane Harvey.

Recovery efforts are just beginning and rebuilding is far from over. Many communities are devastated and help is needed for their long-term rebuilding process. One town, Kingwood, is currently recovering from flooding that has 2,600 high school students displaced. Their local school will be closed for at least a year. There is a Facebook page called Flooding Kingwood with Kindness where people gather to help solve the needs of the tens of thousands of families whose homes were destroyed.
