BEDGEAR wants you to have 100% of the comfort and support you need to get a great night’s sleep so you can Wake Ready each day with our Performance® bedding products.

Because BEDGEAR is more than 10 years old, we are not some digital mattress startup that oversells on freebies. Instead, we focus on developing the most innovative products at the highest quality. Our dollars are solely spent on product development, not on insubstantial advertising campaigns and unnecessary freight costs.

BEDGEAR provides easy online tools and engaging in-store experiences to ensure shoppers find their personalized fit of cool-to-the-touch and moisture-wicking mattresses, mattress protectors, pillows, sheets, blankets, kids and baby bedding, and pet beds. Please use these resources or chat with a WOW customer service team member to make the best personal choice for you and eliminate waste.

There are costs to shipping and creating jobs as well as putting items in a landfill. We all know the saying: Nothing in life is free. But with BEDGEAR, you will always be able to buy our products at the best price because you are not paying for anyone else’s returns!

Let’s all be responsible to our world by effectively and efficiently managing returns and exchanges. Below are the returns policies for BEDGEAR.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Our Returns policies were updated on June 15, 2020
  • Consumer regulations differ per country. The warranties detailed on this page apply on purchases made on the Australian Bedgear.com.au site, for Australia resident customers. Warranties that apply to USA resident customers who have purchased via theBedgear.com website, may differ from these, any differences will not apply to Australian based customers . Purchases of BEDGEAR products via an authorized BEDGEAR stockiest (eg a mattress store)  will be subject to warranty conditions issued by the stockiest, not BEDGEAR.  
  • Any return will be voided if the bedding product is not received by BEDGEAR within 30 days of receiving your Return paperwork.
  • For information about BEDGEAR’S warranty details, which are also called our “365 Night Guaranty,” visit https://www.bedgear.com.au/warranty.

Mattresses:

Only unopened mattresses can be returned within 100 days. You will be responsible for return shipping.

M3 Mattress:

If you have purchased an M3 mattress and are not completely satisfied, you can access our replacement offer.  This will involve the replacement of the Independent Suspension on one side of the mattress within 30 days from your original date of delivery.  This replacement will be subject to a freight and spring replacement charge of $400. 

Only unopened M3 mattresses can be returned within 100 days. You will be responsible for return shipping.

Independent Suspension Units:

If you have purchased an Independent Suspension unit separate from a mattress and you aren’t happy with your purchase, we’ll gladly help you return it.

For opened items, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a small 20% return fee.

Only unopened Suspension Units can be returned within 30 days.  You will be responsible for return shipping.

Kids Mattresses:

Only unopened kids mattresses can be returned within 100 days. You will be responsible for return shipping.

Crib Mattresses:

Only unopened crib mattresses can be returned within 100 days. You will be responsible for return shipping.

Adjustable Bases:

All adjustable bases are non-refundable

Pillows:

Purchasing a Performance pillow qualifies you to be covered by our Personal Fit Promise. Designed to fit for you, if not working exactly right for you, we have you covered. If you have purchased a Performance pillow and are not completely satisfied, we will swap the pillow for one of the same series in a size that is higher or lower than the one you purchased.  In the case of a 0.0 size we cannot offer you a lower profile pillow, only higher.

You may return your pillow within 30 days from your original date of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping. Once we receive your returned pillow we will send your replacement.

Be sure to get fit for the right pillow by taking our PillowID® quiz. Or, please contact our BEDGEAR Customer Service AUSNZ Team to be re-fit for a new pillow.

Only unopened pillows can be returned within 30 days. You will be responsible for return shipping.

Mattress Protectors, Sheets and Blankets:

Only unopened mattress protectors, sheets and blankets can be returned within 100 days. You will be responsible for return shipping.

Pet Beds:

Only unopened pet beds can be returned within 100 days. You will be responsible for return shipping.

These policies apply only to purchases made in Australia via the www.BEDGEAR.com.au website.
