Most of our Performance® Pillows feature a removable, washable cover, making it easy to keep fresh and clean.

  • Unzip and remove the cover.
  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
  • For best results, we recommend hanging your pillow cover to air dry. However, if you prefer to use a dryer, be sure to tumble dry on low heat only.
  • Do not wash the inner pillow fills—these are spot clean only.
  • Do not bleach, iron, dry clean, or use fabric softener.

Pillows that do not feature a removable cover should be spot cleaned only.

We love our pillows, and we hope you do too. But, if for some reason you don’t, we gladly accept returns of opened pillows within 30 days of your original purchase. We also accept returns of unopened pillows within 100 days of your original purchase.

3.How do I clean my pillow?

The Aspen pillow features a removable and washable cover. Unzip both compartments, remove the fills, and wash only the cover in the washing machine. We recommend air drying, but if using a dryer, set it to tumble dry on low heat.
